I will design your program, set up your appointments, show you what to do and how long to do it for and how many times to do it while monitoring your form, body and body stats. All you have to do is show up! I'm here for you!

BOXING/HAND TO HAND COMBAT

Ever wanted to learn how to Box, Kickbox, Unarmed Hand to Hand Combat or Self Defense for practicality or just for fun? I've spent the last 20yrs learning, training and teaching just that. With practical experiance in Karate, Okinawan Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Boxing, I will build you from the ground up in to a lean, mean, fighting machine.

GROUP BOOTCAMP

Want a class for corporate team building? Want a place to exercise with your friends but need a little more privacy and exclusivity? I will provide the venue and lead the class workout! All you need to do is show up! Hydration and light brunch provided with complimentary "3BT Fitness" gift bags as well!

6 - 12 People - $90.00 per person (60min class with a 15min cooldown after)
